How do I use my USB scale with ReadyShipper? What kind of shipping scales do you support?

ReadyShipper X is compatible with most USB scales that are HID-Compliant and are directly connected to your computer. 

The following scales are compatible and recommended for use with ReadyShipper X:

• Stamps.com 5 lb, 35 lb, and 70 lb capacity scales. 

• DYMO Postal Scale M10

• DYMO Postal Scale, 25 pound

• DYMO Digital Shipping Scale, 100 Pound

• Mettler Toledo PS60

ReadyShipper X does not support the following type of scales:

• SERIAL/COM scales

• USB scales connected via hubs or extenders
