If your organization uses UPS CampusShip®, you may not have direct access to the UPS billing account. To connect UPS with ReadyCloud, you’ll first need to create a UPS.com login that’s tied to your organization’s main billing account number.
Follow the steps below to get set up.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, you’ll need:

Main Billing Account Number – Ask the person who manages your UPS CampusShip® account.

Recent UPS Invoice – Must be within the last 30 days.

If you’re using a consolidated invoice, scroll down to the page for the specific account number you want to use.

Step-by-Step Setup
1. Sign Up for a UPS.com Account

Go to UPS.com.

Click Log In → Sign Up.

Fill out the registration form and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Then click Sign Up.
2. Bypass Optional Setup

On the next screen, select Set Up Later, then Continue.
3. Navigate to Accounts & Payment

From the UPS.com home screen, click the blue profile icon in the upper right.

Select Accounts and Payment at the bottom of the list.
4. Add Existing Account

In the My Accounts and Payment Methods section, under Add a Payment Method, open the dropdown menu.

Select Add Existing Account.
5. Enter Account Details

Enter the UPS Account Number and give it a nickname.

Make sure:

Documents and Packages is selected.
-
Make this my default payment method is checked.

Click Next.
6. Select Invoice Verification

Choose Invoice Data Verification as the method.

Click Next.
7. Enter Invoice Information

Input the requested invoice details.

Important: Information is case sensitive.

After entering everything, click Save.
8. Confirm Your Account

You’ll be redirected back to the Accounts and Payment Options page.

Your UPS account number should now be listed.

Once it’s listed here, signing in to ReadyCloud with this UPS.com account will let you bill to that account number.
9. Done!
Your UPS account is now linked, and ReadyCloud can use it for billing shipments.
